Choose one item from each of the following categories I - III

I.    BARON OF BEEF   - Tender slices of prime beef

     COUNTRY STYLE SMOKED HAM  

II.  BAKED SALMON - Fresh filets baked with butter, lemon & white wine.

      Oysters- Lightly breaded and pan fried in canola oil, delicious!

III.  DEEP DISH LASAGNA - With Spinach or Ground Beef

        CHICKEN PARMESAN - Breast of chicken, breaded, then baked with a
         blend of mozzarella, parmesan and marinara sauce.

       TOMATO PEPPER CHICKEN - Sauteed chicken with spicy tomato sauce
         and green peppers topped with mozzarella cheese.

All buffets include:
          Rice pilaf or au gratin potatoes or red potatoes, fresh vegetable, rolls and butter.

CRISP GREEN SALAD-  (choose any two dressings)  -Blue cheese, Thousand Island, Poppyseed, French, Italian, Ranch, Honey mustard or Raspberry vinaigrette
